About Social Capital |

Social capital is all about networks of people trusting each other and working together to make things happen. It resides in the relationships between people. It is about supporting each other; resolving collective problems; widening our awareness of the ways in which our fates are linked to each other; improving business and social transactions by co-operation; and creating networks that serve as conduits for information flows, facilitating the achievement of common goals.
The Social Capital Group exists to explore the underlying principles, to promote and nurture these, to exchange ideas, and through mutual support to promote the quality of life of our community.
